Black Swan Repairs is built and run by three founders who combined what they each do best.
Asi runs field operations and strategy, the one on the ground making sure every job meets the promise. Matan leads field execution and client partnerships, the steady hand on site and the voice clients hear most. Nadine runs technology, brand, and operations, handling the systems, scheduling, and correspondence that keep everything moving.
Between them they bring years of hands-on craft across chimney, HVAC, and home services to Colorado's Front Range. Three lanes. One standard. A shared obsession with doing the work right.

A German native raised in a real estate and military family, and a licensed pilot, Nadine runs on military-grade discipline and a designer's eye. She engineered Black Swan Repairs from the inside out: the legal foundation, the systems, the brand, and the AI architecture beneath it all. Day to day, she runs technology and brand, keeps the books, and leads the interiors and cleaning lane with a small, hand-picked team.
Before Colorado came nearly a decade in Las Vegas, flipping homes, furnishing them, and running the design and detail work across a portfolio of Airbnbs. She traded the desert for the mountains and the seasons, to raise her two kiddos close to nature. A single mama first and always, her kids are her greatest strength and the reason behind everything she builds. Fluent in English and German, relentless about the details.

Nadine is separately a licensed Colorado real estate broker with Axen Realty (License #100108470) and a Partner Agent with RealOpen, where she handles crypto-backed transactions, turning 'coin into keys' for buyers, sellers, and investors across the Front Range and beyond.
